NEW IMPROVEMENT
We're introducing non-verified emails and phone numbers. During our data sourcing process, we find many emails and phone numbers that we are unable to verify. However, some of these may still be correct. To benefit users, we are including them in the dashboard, CSV, and API. These entries will be marked with a "?" in the dashboard and CSV.API changes:

Web App Changes:
- Display unverified emails / phones with (?) sign in Dashboard / CSV
- Dashboard: On phone / email click it’s copied to clipboard
- Show “Missing Phone” instead of “FAILED” in dashboard and export
- When some list is selected it’s highlighted with light green in filters
- Application Email notification changes and UI changes
